In depth dancing // a SUNDAY WORKSHOP with Gaga and Fascial Flow

I am very excited to be offering a deep dive into our dancing & sensing bodies, using both Gaga with Fascial Flow in a 4 hours workshop. It will give us time to experience both movement methods, and discover what it does to us when we do so - inside our own bodies, but also in the room where we move together. There will be time for questions and reflections, that we can explore together.

Sunday October 4th, 14:00-18:00 (with 30 min break)
