Gaga and Movement Research Workshop

This workshop will consist of Gaga/people classes and Movement research sessions. It is an invitation to dive deeper into your dancing research and open for an even higher volume and larger scope of sensations while moving. There will be space to explore elements from the Gaga language at a different pace, to have a dialogue and to ask questions. The movement research sessions will invite us to dig deeper into our improvisation skills through solo, couple and group tasks. The workshop welcomes all (16 years+), no levels and no prior dance/gaga experience needed.
